The Olympic Park is home to the Lanier Canoe and Kayak Club (LCKC) and the Lake Lanier Rowing Club (LLRC). Both clubs offer a variety of programs and events aimed at continuing the Olympic legacy.
LCKC is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to continuing the 1996 Olympic legacy of promoting the sport of flatwater canoe and kayak on Lake Lanier. The club offers everything from one-day recreational opportunities to feeder programs for the U.S. National Teams for flatwater racing in dragon boat and canoe/kayak. It hosts several programs and events each year that support local, regional, national, and international flatwater programs.
The Lake Lanier Rowing Club (LLRC) is a world-class training, competition and membership organization located on Lake Lanier, home to the 1996 Olympic Games. The club boasts one of the most prestigious rowing venues in the country with activities for everyone from novice to expert.
