PaddleFIT is a SUPer fun way to get in shape while staying cool. This fitness class is taught on a paddleboard working the entire body. Be ready for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout taught on a paddleboard. This class will not only challenge your core, arms and legs, but it will also get your heart rate up. PaddleFIT is appropriate for all levels of fitness. No paddleboard experience is needed. Class participants must know how to swim to take this class. This is the second session in a four part series. Participants are not required to have attended the first session to attend this one. The next two classes will be held on Aug. 17 and Sept. 21.
Registration is $35 per class, and each class is limited to the first 10 people. Participants are not required to attend all three classes to participate. To register for the July 20 session, please complete the form below.
